Simonelli & Mandalà – Labor and Corporate Lawyers is a project that stems from the shared professional experiences of Lawyers Giusi Simonelli and Giuseppe Mandalà, attorneys at the Palermo Bar who have been working for more than two decades in the field of Labor Law and Industrial and Public Employment Relations.

Lawyer Giusi Simonelli

Graduated in Law with highest honors, she has been a member of the Palermo Bar Association since 1998.

She is a Cassation lawyer, admitted to practice before all Superior Jurisdictions.

She deals with extrajudicial and judicial assistance and legal advice, predominantly and specialized, with labor law, advising companies on industrial relations, with specific regard to the management of relations with personnel and collaborators and with public and social security institutions.The area of expertise includes procedures for companies’ access to contribution benefits provided for by the Law, labor relations and the stipulation of second-level agreements with the Trade Unions. for the management of corporate crisis, mobility, social shock absorbers.
He is the legal counsel of choice for Opera Houses and Musical Institutions of primary national importance, for which he manages employee relations and labor relations.
He is a professor of civil procedural law at the Graduate School of the Department of Law University of Palermo.

Lawyer Giuseppe Mandalà

Graduated in Law from the University of Palermo in 1992 with highest honors, he has been practicing law since 1995.

He is a Cassation Lawyer, licensed to practice before all Superior Jurisdictions.

Provides extrajudicial and judicial assistance and legal advice with specialized experience in public and private labor law, for all corporate and public administration issues in the area of transfers, superior duties disciplinary proceedings, dismissals, pecuniary and non-pecuniary damages, occupational safety, and inspection assessments. He is a speaker in numerous courses of study and specialized training in civil, private labor and civil service law.
